Bills for New Westminster cat dunked in paint thinner may hit $18,000

Harley the cat has likely used up one of his nine lives. The two-year-old orange tabby was playing with his sister, Linden, outside his home near Queens Avenue and 10th Street on July 2 when someone cruelly dunked both cats up to their waists in paint thinner.
